You must preregister for all classes on our private app prior to arriving. You can preregister up to 5 minutes before class starts or ask the trainer if she can preregister you. Trainers can only preregister you if you have a current pass. All sales are made online and not in the studio. If you Preregistered for a class and CANNOT make this class, you must cancel at least 60 minutes prior to class starting or notify us at 508-728-1771 and let us know you will not be making the class. Don't forget to tell us your name when you text us.
