Class Schedule

FOR THE MOST ACCURATE SCHEDULE

PLEASE VISIT US ON MINDBODY ONLINE OR THE MINDBODY APP

You must preregister for all classes on the Mindbody app or Mindbody online prior to arriving. You can preregister up to 5 minutes before class starts or ask the trainer if she can preregister you. Trainers can only preregister you if you have a current pass. All sales are made online and not in the studio. If you Preregistered for a class and CANNOT make this class, you must cancel at least 60 minutes prior to class starting or notify us at 508-728-1771 and let us know you will not be making the class. Don't forget to tell us your name when you text us.

4pm Butt and Gutt

4:30pm Pilates Strength

5:20pm BodyBLAST

6:10pm Upper Body

6:40pm Hit and Burn


Tuesday:           

5:30am Butt and Gutt

4:30pm Arms and ABS

5pm Step and Burn

5:25pm Hit and Burn

6pm Total Body Circuits

6:20pm Total Body Circuits

6:30am Rockin Step

8:30am Pilates Strength

4:30pm Light, Lit & HIIT

5:10pm SIT and Strength

5:45pm Pilates Sculpt

6:35pm Beginner Yoga Flow

5:30am Kick and Burn

8:30am Total Body Strength

4pm Arms & Abs

4:30pm Kick IT

5:25pm Hit SIT and Strength (NON-HITTING OPTIONS AVAILABLE)

6:30pm ZUMBA

5:30am BodyBLAST

5:30pm Mat Pilates

6:20pm Yoga Flow

8:50am Hit and Burn
